1. What is Sprout & Bloom Box?

Sprout & Bloom Box is a curated pregnancy and postpartum box designed to help you feel supported, seen, and spoiled—through every stage of motherhood.

Each box includes thoughtful, high-quality products from Canadian, women-owned brands that are safe for pregnancy and beyond.

2. How does it work?

You can choose to purchase:

  • Single Boxes (1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester, or Postpartum)
  • Bundles (2, 3, or 4 boxes)

You can either:

  • Ship All Now – perfect for gifting or treating yourself all at once, or
  • Ship by Trimester – receive each box at the right stage in your journey.

All bundles are billed upfront at checkout — no surprise charges later.

3. What’s inside the boxes?

Each box features a mix of practical essentials, natural self-care products, and comforting keepsakes—like belly balms, herbal teas, affirmation cards, bath salts, snacks, and more.

Every item is carefully selected for safety, quality, and that “wow, she really thought of me” feeling.

Contents may vary slightly by season or vendor availability, but every box is packed with love and intention.

4. Can I send this as a gift?

Just an order note before checkout and include your personalized message. We’ll ensure your note is included in the box and no pricing information is shown.

5. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

If you selected a trimester-based bundle, your next box will automatically ship around every 3 months (or based on your due date if provided).

You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship Canada-wide.

7. How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 anywhere in Canada.

9. What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes or individual items.

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at aroma@sproutandbloombox.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

10. Do you offer vegan or fragrance-free options?

Some of our items contain mild, natural scents. While we do our best to choose gentle, pregnancy-safe ingredients, we cannot guarantee that all products are fragrance- or allergen-free.
